We at NIKE Canada are currently looking for an exceptionally talented Marketplace Operations Manager to join our Customer Account Service Team Centre team in Scarborough, ON.

Manage Account & Channel Operations for a specific customer/channel/territory to ensure a premium consumer experience, while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing service, and optimizing order book productivity.

Support Account & Channel Operations leadership:

  • Monitor & drive Channel /Account Operations performance (service, inventory, order book health, productivity)

  • Support multi-year strategic plans and capability roadmaps that support Nike and Account/Channel business goals

  • Partner cross-functionally within Nike (Merchandising Ops, Sales, Logistics, DSM, etc.) to flawlessly execute launches, initiatives, key commercial styles, and Key City Offense

  • Ensure team executes against efficient order management processes to plan and deliver seasons and meet financial objectives

  • Support joint operational & order management capabilities with partners– to drive mutual growth, profitability & productivity

  • Monitor, leverage, and improve KPIs to optimize On-time and In-full delivery, Inventory (holds), Coverage, Cancellations, Contract call-offs, Service, and Cost-To-Serve (C2S), etc. Enable achievement of the financial goals:

  • Support account/channel S&OP

  • Ensure the order book reflects account/channel shipment intent

  • Influence the complete supply chain process from planning, inbound delivery, distribution, transportation services, systems, store operations, and sales floor replenishment

  • Work with Marketplace Ops Director to align on shipment plans for the account/channel – ensuring outbound flow is aligned with Account DC & Store capacity while meeting Nike’s financial needs

  • Monitor the services of external providers and cost-to-serve parameters

  • Assist with monthly goal setting & budget process to align with Finance/Sales Deliver results through inspirational team management

  • Hire, coach and lead teams to ensure service excellence

  • Ensure a MPO team performance management culture

  • Guide Account/Channel Operations Lead to standardize, simplify and ensure consistent reporting in alignment with MPO objectives

  • Seek best practices tools & processes within MPO and implement where applicable


  • Proven process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, and Process Improvement with progressive responsibility

  • Experience with project management methodologies

  • People leadership/management

  • Experience in a highly cross-functional business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrix structure, including strong storytelling skills

  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

  • Passionate about problem solving

  • Change agent/change management skillset

  • General SAP system knowledge, adept with systems and technology

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Retail experience preferred, but not required
