Description

Every day, Converse’s Incubate and Energy team identifies creative, disruptive and unexpected ways to inject passion for the Converse brand into the hearts and minds of top influencers, opinion leaders and fast adopters around the globe. We build our network of influencers and energy partners in style, entertaining, media, music, design, art etc. wherever performance and culture inspire and create long lasting positive perceptions about the Converse brand we’re there to establish and nurture relationships toward adding value to Converse products, brand and programs. We play a key role in evaluating original concepts to ensure that products meet marketing direction, briefs and consumer expectations. We’re storytellers who work to inspire consumers around the world.

The Incubate & Entertainment city manager for France will be a key member of the Converse influencer marketing team, built to maintain optimal brand positioning, enhance Gold Star brand equity and stimulate consumers to purchase products. Create the demand and desirable moment for pinnacle product within the local market of innovators and early adopters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the local influencermarketing vision from strategy to execution.

  • Develop the brand strategy withmarket observation to find the new opportunities with influencers in themarket.

  • Build effective relationshipswith key influencers and retailers in local market.

  • Actively provide consumerinsight and feedback to other function/department team.

  • Manage resources, projects andrelationships effectively.

  • Collaborate to work with otherdepartment as merchandising, sales, wholesale customers on insights.

Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience inMarketing/Energy/PR/Retail/Digital related role in brand oradvertising/production agency (not mandatory)

  • Experience in building brandsand handle multi project at all of consumers touch points (retail, digitaletc)

  • Fluency in English and Frenchis required

  • Strong connection with Hip Hopculture, underground Parisien scene and street life network

  • Knowledge of the Parismarketplace with connection with key retailers and influencers

  • Strong interest in fashion,art, street culture and sports

  • Understand the sneaker cultureand digital trends in market
