Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. As our Senior Sourcing/Costing Analyst, you will:

  • Create and execute seasonalSourcing strategy for assigned products

  • Coordinate with Manufacturingteams to select the most appropriate manufacturing source to meet qualityand pricing needs

  • Analyzes manufacturing capabilitiesand capacities to anticipate and avoid issues.

  • Work in close collaborationwith the Product Creation, Design, and Merchandising teams on a continuousbasis

  • Manage costing/pricing processin conjunction with Development team to meet best price and margintargets, identifying and providing fabric alternatives to Product Creationteam to assist in meeting pricing goals

  • Oversee costing documentationto ensure appropriate information is kept for assigned products

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 4 years' equivalent experience in sourcing/manufacturing

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must

  • Database query (Cognos, Brio) analysis and reporting is preferred

  • Experience in a production, merchandising, purchasing, pricing/costing, development, and/or manufacturing environment required; within the apparel industry is ideal

  • Knowledge of apparel sourcing and costing and how they fit into processes and events from product concept to delivery (development, tech, lab, production/manufacturing, and materials), as well as a background in forecasting and scheduling processes preferred

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands

  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate international teams

  • Proven written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
