As Operations Manager (OM) you will act as the “owner” for services and be “The Face of IWS”, facilitating service integration with all service teams (Custodial, Maintenance, Food, Fitness, Mail + Package, Reception, Concierge, One Call, Space Planning, Transportation). You will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience by improving relationships between the business and stakeholders, improving synergy and communication within WD+C and being pro-active in resolving issues before they escalate.

You will be responsible for the overall ownership of service operations within an assigned neighborhood, working with customers to determine all daily/weekly service expectations, and coordinate the efforts of the WD&C team to ensure service delivery runs/operates effectively/efficiently.

Knowing the status of the neighborhood is an important component of this role and will be accomplished by actively walk building spaces reaching out to business stakeholders and developing a neighborhood “project list”. With this knowledge, you will proactively call out service needs, know the status of building/service conditions (i.e. opening of new space, construction work, new service, etc.) will work directly with suppliers, property managers and landlords, as needed and focus on issues and escalations.


  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, operations, maintenance or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak across all critical Nike stakeholders and project owners

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise authority to make decisions

  • Knowledge of all service standards for IWS services is preferred

  • Familiarity with building specifications

  • Familiarity with creating and managing budgets

  • Big picture thinking – understanding on a larger scale who is impacted by projects, issues.

  • Experience working with property owners and/or property management is highly preferred
