As a member of our team, you will be a part of an HR infrastructure effort serving >70,000 employees in 50 countries. Our team’s objective is to deliver a global pay and time product that ensures compliance, enables integration of the end-to-end core HR processes, and provides for Nike, Inc.’s global growth and expansion of global rewards programs. As a Program Manager for the team you will be responsible for driving the cross functional integration of the design, development, delivery, and transition of our digital product roadmap.
This role requires a combination of leadership, organization, project management fundamentals, as well as softer influencing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a program management background, have a proven ability to influence global business and technology teams to land on-time and on-budget deliverables with flawless quality, and possess solid leadership identity.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
We're not looking for just anyone. This position requires a person with robust leadership presence and analytical skills, high detail-orientation, excellent written and verbal communication, and the following experience / skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or applicable field of study
10+ years’ of demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, conflict management, and dealing with ambiguity
Overall knowledge of solution delivery lifecycles using different project management methodologies (waterfall, agile/SAFe, etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing project budgets in excess of $1M – including initial estimation, tracking of actuals, and understanding of variances
Proven track record successfully delivering complex, strategic, multi-year programs
Strong leadership acumen including executive presence and ability/experience to craft executive communications
Effective influencing skills, the ability to create engaged and productive teams, and capability to interact with senior management
Proactive approach to communicate status to stakeholders effectively with an emphasis on maintaining alignment with core project sponsors
Excellent schedule management skills including conversion of roadmaps into program/project plans with clear resource and risk management approaches
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced, high velocity environments
