We are seeking a Global Partnership Manager to help us lead our worldwide food and catering programs. The ideal candidate will partner with our global food providers to deliver elevated offerings at our Nike locations around the world. You will represent Nike in global partnerships as we continue to standardize our global food operations. Reporting to the Global Director of Food & Fitness you will be a key part of the leadership dialogue and personally help shape the global three-year food services roadmap for Nike.

Worldwide Responsibilities:

  • Manages Global food service strategyacross all Nike sites.

  • Develops service level guidelines, standards,and performance metrics/measurements.

  • Identifies industry trends, promotesinnovation, and drives best practices.

  • Serves as the primary point of contactfor supplier partnerships.

  • Leverages worldwide supplierrelationships.

  • Develops and implements supplierperformance measurement processes, KPIs and continuous improvement strategies.

  • Manages Rhythm of the Businessperformance monitoring.

  • Conducts periodic on-site serviceprovider performance evaluations.

  • Provides food service facility designreview and support

  • Providesservice delivery consulting to stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven years of contract management and/or accountmanagement experience in a global setting.

  • A bachelor's degree in food services, institutionalmanagement, hospitality services or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous vendor management and global operationsexperience.

  • Experience with financial management,analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Promotes/participates in cooperativeand effective working relationships, both internally within IntegratedWorkplace Services and externally with key stakeholders and service providers.

  • Demonstrated strong strategic planningskills, including the preparation of clear reports and studies that includefindings and recommendations.

  • Ability to communicate clearly andprofessionally, both verbally and in writing to include public speaking,conference representation, and senior stakeholder meetings.

  • Ability to resolve complex conflictsituations while maintaining a service atmosphere that is effective, efficient,flexible, and fiscally sound.

  • Able to develop and recommend policies

  • Able to organize and prioritize to meetevolving demands and expectations.

  • Thinks in a progressive andcollaborative manner.
