Description

Candidates will have experience designing and facilitating training content as well as helping to coordinate and manage the administration of training programs.

Training may include in person leadership skill building workshops, team development events, virtual learning experiences, and on demand learning resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitation expertise with a strong knowledge of learning design: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Ability to draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development as well as efficient and fun learning.

Project management skills managing multiple projects at once (organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track) and moving fast to deliver results

Superior communication and influence skills using verbal and written communication to manage strong partnerships with all leadership levels and business groups.

Build high-trust partnerships with the HR team and business leaders to understand their greatest leadership challenges and opportunities. Develop recommended solutions that address top priority needs. Perform periodic needs analyses to determine talent and leadership needs within the business and identify where additional development support is needed to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications • 3-5 years Learning & Development experience in a dynamic growth environment

• Proven experience as a facilitator

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)

• Demonstrated experience with learning management systems (LMS’s), basic learning technologies (e.g., webinar tools), and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
