At Nike we see our Marketing function as a source of competitive advantage. The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. You are responsible for maximizing advertising objectives. Provide guidance on advertising plans, programs, placement, design, development and related matters. Review effectiveness of advertising efforts. You are responsible for connecting directly with consumers through various mediums. To that end you’ll,

  • Assist with the briefing process to ensure outcomes that meet the needs of Brand and the business

  • Assist with and learn the advertising process

  • Assist with the briefing process to ensure outcomes that meet the needs of Brand and the business

  • Support and drive the advertising process that creates insightful advertising and content both against category concepts and sports/athlete moments

  • Contribute to concept evaluation and help achieve executional excellence in the final "product"

  • Communicate/liaison with agencies to ensure communication flow, guardrails are adhered to, issues are raised and resolved, etc.

  • Apply the voice that makes consumers feel, think and act expresses the heart and soul of the brand, leverages athletes, products sports and life.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor degree;

  • Relevant Experience of 5 – 7 years

  • Ability to connect with different and dynamic consumer segments

  • Must have a strong presentation & interpersonal communication skills, self motivated, and deep passion for the NIKE brand.

  • Cross functional work and deliver results.

  • Vendor Management & Development

  • Good knowledge of Material Application & pricing

  • Prototyping/Sampling

  • Travel/Store Visits

  • Training & Coaching

  • Technical knowledge of design software like Corel Draw/Photoshop
