Scope and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of e-Commerce Western Europe with a dotted line to the Global Content & Experience Manager, the WE e-Commerce Consumer Experience Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering on a consumer-centric, brand-right commercial calendar for Converse.com in the Western European region.

In this role you will manage the WE Converse.com commercial calendar across different online experience touchpoints, being on-site, on search engines and affiliates, in the consumer services center and in fulfillment. You will be responsible that the consumer journey is clear, consistent across all channels and locally relevant by aligning across the eCommerce and Brand functions.

You will be partnering with Global eCommerce , WE Digital Brand teams and external parties for delivering assets, asset translation and localization. You’ll collaborate with partners across multiple functions to present a premium, consistent brand voice and consumer experience by guiding regional adaptation and implementation of global creative and experience standards on converse-owned digital properties in the region. Finally, you will be ensuring that all content on the site is accurate, up-to-date, locally relevant and delivered according to the commercial calendar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience working in digital commerce environment

  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing department

  • Solid understanding of UX best practices and web content management, usability, development, and design


  • Understanding of social media, online media, and direct response marketing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, graphic and written)

  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence
