Working at Converse provides a unique opportunity to be part of a small company that operates within a much larger parent company. You will have access to industry and parent company experts and tools across many capabilities within technology that may not be available to a similar role elsewhere. This role will report to the leader of the Converse Technology Direct to Consumer team. Keeping these two groups aligned will be important to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
This role will engage, collaborate and partner with various functional leaders, technical leaders and executive stakeholders to understand long and short term business and technology strategies, provide thought leadership and engage in proactive planning of an executable technology roadmap.
Qualifications Manage E-Commerce Systems Integrator relationship as they work through backlog of fixes and enhancements.
Lead vendors, enterprise partners, and a small team of direct reports in delivery of new digital and e-commerce capabilities.
Ensure QA standards are met for regular code releases.
Leverage your experience in an digital environment to create, in partnership with the E-Commerce business, a multi-year roadmap and deliver against it.
Drive and facilitate the right discussions that identify business solutions in relation to current and future technology landscape.
Solve complex business problems in partnership with other domain leaders across Nike and Converse.
Develop and execute vision and strategy.
Use strong verbal, written and presentation skills with leaders at all levels of the company.
Partner with Operations teams to ensure production service levels are met.
Work closely with Domain architect and leaders to develop roadmaps.
Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership
Effectively manage priorities, deliverables and timelines with little need for escalation
