Description

We are looking for a superstar to drive digital platforms in our Global Media and Distribution function at Converse. You will be a key part of the broader Brand Communications and Digital group that creates communication for Converse from big films to posts on Instagram. How we reach teens around the world is constantly being reinvented and you must always be on the pulse of the world ready to make it meaningful for us.

  • You should be an expert on all things social platforms ready to share best practices at any time helping shape how we approach reaching consumers.

  • You should eat, sleep, drink new in the world of communications, mobile, digital.

  • You will own the relationships with the key platforms in the digital space such as Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • You will play a critical role in Comms Planning for seasonal communication and 365 social owning the holistic channel calendar.

  • You will need to be able to rally people for unique pilot opportunities that emerge off road-map.

  • Constantly push us forward being a gas pedal focused on emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the development and implementation of social media comms and media strategy either client, platform or agency side

  • Prior experience on a premium youth brand preferred or start-up experience.

  • Travel required 10% of time.
