As a North America Order to Cash (NAO2C Ops) Strategic Accounts Manager, you will manage and develop a team of analysts that will optimize the Accounts Receivables for a select portfolio of Nike wholesale accounts. You will manage the team’s performance to align with strategic initiatives and foster a culture that promotes Nike’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. You will also demonstrate leadership in developing and sustaining collaborative internal and external partnerships, which may involve occasional travel.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or accounting.
Preference: 5+ years of work experience in accounts receivable management and/or credit analysis.
Demonstrates knowledge of the relevant retail industry trends and can form correlations between broad market performance and individual portfolio performance and risks.
Aptitude to oversee distressed account management, up to and including providing executive level presentations & reporting, security instrument negotiations, communications with legal counsel and representing Nike for bankruptcies. e.g. unsecured creditors’ committees.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experienced with SAP /JBA a plus.
Ensure the team is in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures; partner with Nike Finance Governance + Control to ensure appropriate compliance in place, and that all SOX controls are completed as required.
